Coach Ryan Hybrid Run Performance

Coaching for beginners, Hyrox racers, and runners who want to get stronger.

Three tracks, one coach. Every plan is still built from your mileage, your race history, and your schedule, not a template handed to everyone on the roster.

About the coach

I train and race year-round: sub-1:40 half marathons, and Hyrox as both an individual and doubles competitor. I'm a hybrid athlete who also coaches at F45 Training, and I'm UESCA-certified as a running coach. I build every plan from what you actually bring me, your mileage, your race history, your schedule, so training fits the runner you are right now, not a generic one.

Coaching built around three goals

Pick the track that matches where you are right now. Every plan is still one-on-one, built from your mileage, your race history, and your schedule.

Track 01

Beginner

New to running, or coming back after time off.

  • One-on-one structured training built around your actual schedule
  • Proper running form and mechanics from the ground up
  • Mileage and pace progressed to avoid the injury spikes that stall most new runners
  • Direct access to me for questions between sessions
  • Optional first-race strategy once you're ready to line up

Track 02

Hyrox

Training for your first Hyrox, or racing to compete.

  • Programming built from real Hyrox racing experience, individual and doubles
  • Running and station work trained together, not as two separate sports
  • Pacing and transition strategy specific to your race and division
  • Ongoing adjustments based on how training is actually going
  • Race-week taper and day-of strategy

Track 03

Strength

Want to get faster and stop getting hurt.

  • Running-specific strength work, not a generic lifting plan bolted on
  • Built from NASM and F45 coaching experience, adapted for runners
  • Targets the durability and power that actually translate to faster racing
  • Programmed around your mileage, not competing with it for recovery

How coaching works

Every track above is available at each tier below. Pricing depends on the track and your specific goals, details shared once you start your intake.

Starter

A single custom training block to get you moving in the right direction.

Race-Ready

Ongoing monthly coaching, built and adjusted week to week through your goal race.

Plans that follow your recovery

Training adjusts to how you're actually recovering week to week, not a fixed calendar handed to every runner on the roster.

One coach, not a rotation

You're working directly with me. No hand-off to whoever's available that week.

A real answer, either way

Every inquiry gets reviewed personally. If your goals and my coaching aren't a fit, you'll hear that too, not silence.

Before your first session

Two short forms, following American College of Sports Medicine guidelines for risk stratification. Please fill these out and send them back before we start working together.

Start your intake

Takes about five minutes. I read every submission myself.

This is coaching, not medical care. Talk to your doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing injury or health condition. Before we begin working together, you'll review and sign a coaching agreement and waiver.

Intake forms are collected through Tally, which encrypts data in transit and at rest, hosts it on EU-based servers, and is GDPR compliant. Tally processes this data on my behalf, I'm the only person who reads your submission. See Tally's privacy policy for details on how form data is handled.
